Mark is awesome. Extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. I'm leasing a Mazda I got last Friday. Mark was easily the best person I’ve interacted with for buying a car. He’s informative, funny, relatable, helpful, and quick, you can’t really ask for more. I’d be more than happy to recommend Mark and Way buying a car. He’s informative, funny, relatable, helpful, and quick, you can’t really ask for more. I’d be more than happy to recommend Mark and Wayne Mazda as a whole for someone looking for a new vehicle. Loved the super smooth, no haggling or anything of the purchase as well. The only smallest knock I would give, would be for the wait time for the car we were buying coming from the other lot, but no one could really control that; and in the meantime several other employees on the floor made sure we were comfortable while Mark hunted it down. I am reaching out because from what started as a good service experience turned out to be a very unprofessional one. I went into the Wayne Mazda dealership on Saturday, March 30, 2024 in Wayne NJ for an service experience turned out to be a very unprofessional one. I went into the Wayne Mazda dealership on Saturday, March 30, 2024 in Wayne NJ for an oil change. I asked to speak to someone about what other options I have after my current lease is done. They paired me with a sales advisor whose name is Mark. There were no issues at this point. My parents even met me at the dealership about an hour after being there to help with my decision making. I told Mark I would need to think about making a decision regarding my lease. He asked if he can text or call if there were any better leasing options, to which I said it'll be better yes and that calling during weekdays at 12 or after 4PM would be preferred. He got my number from the personal profile I have with Mazda. Later on that day, around 7PM, he tries calling me, and followed up with a message with the following, "Hey Geanella, it's Mark over at Wayne Mazda. I know this isn't the most professional thing, but assuming you're around - want to grab a bite to eat tonight?" I am not able to attach screenshots here but I can do so lf needed. This is extremely unprofessional. My family has been doing business with the Wayne Mazda dealership for years. I have trust this business with my money and my time. It is incredibly disturbing to see that employees are using customers' personal information such as a phone number for their own personal interest. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. I have put my trust in this company to be professional with my personal information and this is what I receive in return. As a woman, I no longer feel comfortable coming here by myself or with anyone to conduct any business. More

Car buying experience at Wayne Mazda was great and hassle free. Mazda was not even in my consideration but the salesman Mark Checki sold it with his explanation and test drive. Mark explained the features and helped to picked the right trim for us. Mike from Finance was transparent and explained the options. Car buying experience was great and transaction was done quickly.
