I was in a difficult life circumstance with my health and then my old car gave out on me. I wasn't sure if I could find a another car that both fit my needs and had what I wanted in a vehicle. (I'm picky!) After shopping around at other dealers and coming up empty, I went to O'Daniel and was fortunate to work with Mark Butler. Unlike the others, he really took the time to listen to my situation and understand my specific needs. Not only did he find what I was looking for, he found something even newer and better than what I imagined possible! He was very attentive and great with answering all my questions. Got the car we wanted at a great price - great experience! Mark Butler from O'Daniel helped us buy the car we really wanted... even though it was more than 1500 miles away. I never felt pressured or "sold to" Mark Butler from O'Daniel helped us buy the car we really wanted... even though it was more than 1500 miles away. I never felt pressured or "sold to" - more like he walked us through the buying process step by step, and I felt empowered through the whole process. We knew what we wanted and what we hoped to pay for it, and husband and I ended up with the right car for us at a price we are very happy with. This guy is clearly experienced, knows his stuff, and knows how to treat customers. We highly recommend him! More

My wife and daughter and I were looking for a vehicle for my daughter. I called O'Daniel because I had seen a vehicle on one of their lots and wanted to know about pricing. I was fortunate to have Mark Butler answer the phone. From the start Mark was a true professional. He listened to what I had to say, what vehicle we were inquiring about, and suggested we come by to test drive this vehicle. He assured me that if this vehicle did not work out for us that he would find us the right vehicle. I had heard this before at other used car dealerships, so I was a bit skeptical. However, the longer we talked, I found out that Mark grew up in the same small town that I did, and he was very friendly and I really did get the feeling that he had our best interest at heart. After speaking with Mark on the phone, we drove to the dealership. It was a Saturday and we told Mark we were in a bit of a hurry (our daughter had a late afternoon wedding to get home for) and he took note of that. There were no games played; Mark was all business! He let us drive the vehicle we had called about (a Pontiac Vibe); when we returned from that test drive, we told him we did not think it was the vehicle for us and that my daughter was really interested in a small SUV. Mark immediately steered us to a 2006 Jeep Liberty; it was a very nice vehicle and my daughter fell in love with it! Because of the wedding, we had to leave before we could test drive it, but I returned Monday morning and test-drove the Liberty; Mark went with me, as he said he likes to make sure all the vehicles he sells are "up to snuff." The Liberty drove great! We (my wife and daughter and I) went back that night and Mark met us at the dealership (even though he was there early that day when I test-drove the Liberty); Mark set us up to test-drive the Liberty again (my daughter drove it) and we ended up buying the vehicle. Mark offered us a good price and through the negotiation process came down on the price a bit more. This was a very positive car-shopping experience! I would definitely buy another car from O'Daniel and would highly recommend others to Mark Butler! Thanks O'Daniel and a special thanks to Mark Butler! More

I found a vehicle I was searching for online and began discussing the car with Mark Butler. I explained that I lived in WV and would have to pay tax to register it in WV. I was advised that it would be discussing the car with Mark Butler. I explained that I lived in WV and would have to pay tax to register it in WV. I was advised that it would be worked out so I would not be taxed twice for the vehicle, (lie number 1). I asked a direct question regarding the tire size, and was told "they are 18 inch wheels", (lie number 2). I also asked a direct question regarding the window tint and once again I was told it was legal in Indiana and if it was a problem in WV the DEALERSHIP would pay to have it replaced, ( lie number 3 it also was not legal in Indiana). When I arrived after a four and a half hour drive to purchase the vehicle, I discovered they were in fact 20 inch wheels, I had to pay sales tax twice and after a month of "finding out if they could help with the tint" was told they didn't put it on and I was on my own! I should have left and not purchased the vehicle at all, but I did just drive four and a half hours and it was very close to the car I was looking for. Poor decision on my part to not walk away. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that was looking for a vehicle. I was lied to through the entire process and felt like I was just another number to them. It also took over an hour to walk through the paperwork. Pretty simple usually.... Very dissatisfied in WV! More

Great experience. Mark does a great job of listening to your needs and doing everything he can to accommodate them. Nice car. Annoyed with the sales/negotiation process. Got a ridiculously low quote for the trade in on the first go-round--not even close to value--just looking for simple honesty. Would rather deal with someone directly who could be honest with us than the "let me go talk to my manager" routine. Felt like we got an OK deal--not a GOOD deal. During the purchase process, was not asked what name we wanted the vehicle titled in. The processor basically refused to reprint the paperwork after he was questioned about it. It was a learning experience. More

This was such a relief as other car dealerships kept showing me too expensive cars to me all day, just trying to make the extra commission. He knew the situation I was in, and treated me as a friend. He looked the car from top to bottom, and made sure I got the best. I highly recommend him. I felt I was under great care at this dealership, I'm so grateful! More
