I don't like the system used to make appointments. I would like to be able to have an appointment after one phone call and not have to wait all day for a return call. They did not fix my trunk lock which keeps sticking and I have to go back next week for the same thing. It worked ok when they tried it but it had been stuck for over two weeks for me. I hope they can fix it next week. They also worked on a couple other things. They seem to do good work. This is the first time I have been disappointed.
