Finding a human being these days I will help you or answer questions or go the extra mile or so hard to find but we found one in Mark and I cannot tell you how impressed I am. I do not like going to dealerships at all. This job was turned over to my wife years ago. However, after being rear ended and the truck being a total loss, I was forced to take it on myself. By fate alone I was placed in contact with Mark in Surprise. I told him what I wanted, that if new I was not coming in to test drive, make sure anything that could be done before I get is done or I’m walking out the door in 30. This guy was all over his game! The most pleasant and understanding individual I’ve ever imagined I would come across at a car dealership. If I wouldn’t have stepped outside for 10 minutes, I would have been out of there in almost 30. Mark you are awesome!! Thank you so much! More

It is sad to say that after 15 years & 8 vehicles purchased from Larry H. Miller Avondale and Surprise- I will not return with my business if they do not make this right. I purchased my 8th vehicle i purchased from Larry H. Miller Avondale and Surprise- I will not return with my business if they do not make this right. I purchased my 8th vehicle in Sept. 2021, a 2022 - 2500 RAM truck with 41 miles on it-BRAND NEW. We paid $86,000.00+ for this truck and it is a LEMON. As per the AZ LEMON Law- this truck qualifies. Marshall Clark, the area/general manager was very dismissive, dis-respectful, un-caring to the time consuming RUN AROUND I have dealt with for a year. He should be FIRED FOR THE RUDE manner in which HE conducts business. I spoke to him in Sept 2022 about my issue, which he directed me to RAM Care/ manufactures. I spent 6 weeks with calls and run around from RAM Care, to be told the dealerships have a 'backdoor' email they can use to address these situations. When I called Marshall 4x's and a visit to the dealership, he FINALLY returned my call. But was clearing too busy to listen to the issues. When I asked him to please stop trying to dismiss me, I have a serious ELECTRICAL issue with my truck, he calmly said 'I will no longer deal with you' and hung up. WOW. I have received great customer service from the sale team, the service department and the service manager, to have the AREA/GENERAL MANAGER treat me like this. I tired to be reasonable and address my concerns with this truck in a professional manner. Marshall Clark, has forced me to retain an attorney. I will now demand the full cost of the truck, my attorney fees and punitive damages for my time and frustration. I pray that Asbury Corporation and David Holt takes this from Marshall Clark's paycheck. Mr. Clark needs additional training and should be demoted from his role as the leadership of this local dealership group. This is a sad example of leadership. More

Was looking for a Jeep Wrangler 2 door. Called the Surprise store and Mark assured me they would have one coming in the end of the week. Stopped in the store to see pictures and get the info. As promised my Jeep arrived on Friday. First time in 15 years not driving a Ford Escape. Love my new Jeep. Like that the entire Jeep staff were very professional from start to finish. More
