My experience was wonderful with Pat Lobb Toyota. I came in and had an appointment and immediately was sat down, got paperwork started and not long after was going to view the car I bought and test d I came in and had an appointment and immediately was sat down, got paperwork started and not long after was going to view the car I bought and test drove it. When I came back into the dealership, I was then met by GM John Ellis and he made the whole entire car buying experience much less stressful and made it feel significantly more welcoming. They really are more about the people business and fulfilling their needs rather than the car selling business. More
