You can't beat this service anywhere Cheerfully greeted by Johnnie upon arrival. Check in took less than a minute. Off to the coffee and treat bar and had a seat in front of the big screen TV. 2 Minutes later I was greeted by Maria Lizardi. and escorted to her office for detailed service write up. The data they have on all the services performed on the car is comprehensive. Fortunately I was there for a simple oil change with a coupon that saved me big time. I received a synthetic oil change with filter for $23.88. Now that is a coupon worth saving. Glad I signed up for the email specials. Normally I am sure it would have been over $100. I advised Maria that I would like to pick up the car in two hours after my wife and I did a little shopping. We were pulling into the BMW parking lot about 15 minutes early and received a text that our car was ready. After a quick and thorough review of the cars condition and next services recommended we were out the door in a clean well serviced car. This shop meets competitors parts and service pricing if you ask in a respectful manor. Ive been a customer for years and just gets better every year. Thanks for a great experience. More

Entire work force, so welcoming. From the moment I pulled into the bay for my oil change, I was greeted warmly. From that moment on, everyone involved with making sure I was comforta From the moment I pulled into the bay for my oil change, I was greeted warmly. From that moment on, everyone involved with making sure I was comfortable while waiting for the oil change and tire rotation I came for, couldn't have been more accomadating. My only disappointment was that it took at least an hour longer than I had been told, and though I did bring a book to keep myself busy, I was very uncomfortable with how cool the waiting area was. I know those two things are minor, because everything else was more than what I might hasve expected. More

Really bad service after the sale Spent over $3,000 of work done on my 2013 X5. Next day went to Orlando, next morning I got a vehicle malfunction light. Called service - no help - just told me to do the best I could. Having to tow the car back to Sarasota from Orlando. Total ruin of a weekend. Will be dumping this car for anything but a BMW. Last one I will ever have. More

Maria was geat. I left this BMW dealership years ago because I thought they were doing work that didn't need to be done. I scheduled an appointment because the airbag I left this BMW dealership years ago because I thought they were doing work that didn't need to be done. I scheduled an appointment because the airbag needed to be checked under a recall. Maria was great. I explained other problems my car was having and she got the work done in a timely manner and explained everything easily. Maria kept in touch when she needed to and restored my faith in the dealership. More
