I took a walk over to Sales while I was waiting and was eyeing up my dream car, a new BMW M2. I was approached by Eric Reeves who gave me a very informative overview of the vehicle and then offered to test drive. He was very professional and friendly as well. A few days later I have taken delivery of my new BMW M2. I want to thank everyone involved from Maria, to Eric, and of course the manager Emilio Torres. I would recommend asking to work with any of these individuals if you want a Truly Exceptional experience. Thank you guys again. More

Even though 2 of my vehicles were purchased elsewhere the service I received was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Kyle Taber, Derek Thomas and Maria Lizardi are exceptional. It is because of Kyle Tabor that I continue to drive BMW and this year I bought a new 430 conv. from this dealership where Jack Hojnacki helped to make it a wonderful experience. Their technical knowledge is amazing, the willingness to achieve a solution, the friendly spirited and cooperative communication is truly rare in todays service consultants.I look forward to my visit to Sarasota BMW to share their enthusiasm.. There have been occasions where i needed to meet with technicians to answer complicated matters. Once again cheerfully facilitated by superior service from Maria or Jessica. That is the good part of the story. The challenging part is that this business is really big and very busy. It ain't no quick oil change station. Quality service takes time, so get over it and make accommodations. They do a a long list of safety checks and wash your car. Does the garage down the street do the same thing.... not a chance. So be prepared for a wait or make prudent arrangements. Your service consultant will tell you how long the wait will be. I could go on about price matching the competition, service discounts by email and sometimes a courtesy car or transpiration arrangements. . Good quality service for complicated machinery all with a smile and professionalism. Thank you Jessica, Thank you Maria. Your help is appreciated. . More

Oil change just had the car in for an oil change, which lasted 2-1/2 hours. For an oil change! We had an appointment and thought one hour max! The car had only 5 just had the car in for an oil change, which lasted 2-1/2 hours. For an oil change! We had an appointment and thought one hour max! The car had only 5000 miles on it. We just did it because it's a leased car and we were worried, that we would loose the warranty. And because the dealership told us it's necessary. I really don't know why, since oils these days certainly last more than 5000 miles. What a waste. There are a ton of people running around, but nobody seems to be in charge. I have never seen so many people in one place doing nothing. Amazing. More
