Maria Lizardi was great. Service Tech was great as well. He provided a detailed assessment of recommended actions. Disappointment 1) nobody responded to online appointment request. Followed up a week late He provided a detailed assessment of recommended actions. Disappointment 1) nobody responded to online appointment request. Followed up a week later to make appointment by phone and order needed tires. Disappointment 2) tires were not ordered as expected, and I learned this while waiting in the service lounge on the day of my appointment. Service advisor had to break the bad news, but she did it in a good way. Disappointment 3) half a day back-up for courtesy wash. Service advisor was excellent but she had horrible support from the “team”. I gave five stars for Maria but would give the overall experience two stars. I hope these comments will be used as intended, to improve processes, and not merely as a reflection on the Service Advisor. She was great and is good at making customers feel appreciated. More

Frustrated with the dealership so much I sold the car so I don’t have to return. I replay liked the car which makes it even worse!
