I am the most fortunate person to have received the level of care and assistance from the team. Maria not only accepted my emergency service request, but she went out of her way to calm my anxieties and gave of care and assistance from the team. Based from the end-result, I could tell she lead the other members of the service team with tending to the major issue, but also brought the vehicle to the standard it should have always been in. The vehicle was purchased from a third party dealership, and when I picked it up from Maria, I actually felt like I was driving a car to the maker's specifications. The rear-view camera, the drive statistics, and hybrid engine itself were never working properly if at all! Looking back on things, I do not know if anyone would have been as caring and thoughtful with me and my car as Maria. More
