So, to start our search, at the beginning of the day I emailed 3 dealers to get a basis of our car purchase. By far Valley Honda received the best reviews and has a stellar reputation. In truth, we really didn't plan on buying a car the same day until we had the pleasure of working with Megha Thallam. This started with her full transparency in answering my question of "what will the OTD price be for a CRV Sport Touring Hybrid...". No immediate call, no "when can I get you in" but rather a straight forward answer to my inquiry. Needless to say, we didn't visit another dealership. When you know, you know and we knew. Then we met her. Gracious, humble and curious. Not words typically ascribed to sales people and this is coming from a sales person. She made it easy. After the test drive, my wife and I grabbed lunch, both agreeing Megha earned our business. Then we had the pleasure of working with Mari Frank from the Finance department.
