Blew us away! You expect to walk into a dealership with your guard up and wait for dollar signs to flash in your dealers eyes. NOT HERE. We were greeted by a patient, exceptionally nice, family man named Carlos Otero. He went way above and beyond any dealer we had dealt with on that-way too long- weekend of car shopping. Even Mark, one of the managers, was very friendly and straightforward. We never felt slighted, cheated or like we were in the dark on anything! They wanted to make sure we were happy even if we didn't buy a car from them. Their facility was pristine AND dog friendly. The staff is kind and helpful. We drove away with a full tank of gas and a few gracious add-ons to our beautiful 2008 outback and could not have been happier. After going for a road trip and enjoying our car around town for a few weeks, the darn thing got stuck in first gear! We were terrified of the inevitably outrageous estimate we would get to diagnose and fix the car up in Flagstaff(home) so we called the superstore for answers. Not only did Subaru Superstore of Chandler look at the transmission, but they sent us a loaner car for the time being, ordered a broken pin, fixed her up good(thank you Kevin!) and for not a single penny. No joke. Not a penny. Once again, we could not be happier! More

Joey listened to our demands and was able to bring us what we wanted. His knowledge about Subaru cars was great and could answer all of our questions. Although we only talked to Josh on the phone and emails, he returned my emails and phone calls very quickly and was able to answer questions we had before deciding to go to this dealer. We had no issues with their finance department. Marc explained all of the additional benefits Subaru offered with a professional manner. We drove more than 100 miles and feel that it was well worth it. More

Hassle free "Used Car" buying experience We were in the market for a family sedan that would be generous in terms of gas mileage and peppy to drive. A rare combination. And after weeks of res We were in the market for a family sedan that would be generous in terms of gas mileage and peppy to drive. A rare combination. And after weeks of research we zoomed in on VW Passat TDI (6 speed manual). The TDI engine has a bit of turbo in it that keeps the driving interesting. Unfortunately, the only Passat with TDI and Manual transmission was listed at the time on cars.com was @ Subaru SuperStore of Chandler. I was too quick to judge as the whole experience @ SSS of Chandler was anything but unfortunate. I wasn't particularly interested in driving 45 miles to check the car, so, i dropped a note to the internet department asking them for a OTD (out the door) price. In an age of cluttered mail-boxes and non-responsive sales teams, Josh from Subaru called back within 60 minutes of my internet inquiry. Josh was polite and we discussed my reluctance in hauling my family all the way across the valley to check a car that I may not buy. He assured me that a "good deal" can be worked out. Long story short - We bought the car from SSS today! End to end, the whole process was a breeze and it took us less than 90 minutes to - test drive, inspect, wash and clean the vehicle, negotiate on the price, sign the papers and drive the car back home. For a sales man who's livelihood it is to sell cars, Josh was NOT PUSHY AT ALL. I admire that. Josh was able to tailor the deal to suit my budget while never actually pushing any fixed agenda. Over the years, we have had to deal with all kinds of salesy folks in three other dealerships while buying cars. Josh is definitely one of the best in the valley. Marc in Finance was also extremely courteous and careful to address to our needs instead of pushing a fixed agenda. Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with the car and the sales process at Subaru SuperStore. If you are in the market for a Subaru, look no further. This is THE dealership for you. Best car buying experience EVER I sent an email on Friday about a car that looked good. Joey LaBranche responded immediately and courteously. He followed through on making sure the care was ready when we were able to see it on Sunday. Josh Decker worked with us because Joey was with another customer (we hadn't made an appointment). Both Joey and Josh were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Mark, in the business office, made the paper work a breeze. The facility is clean, modern and full of creature comforts. The staff knows their cars, as well as the Jeep we traded. They gave us a fair price for the Jeep. We got a great price on a Forester that we LOVE. There was no need to haggle. They were entirely professional. We live in Central Phoenix so it was a 40 minute drive and worth every minute of the drive. We will definitely go to Subaru Superstore for future car purchases and cannot recommend them highly enough. More

We spoke with a few people from the internet sales department, (we live in North Central AZ). The first individual we spoke with in person was Joey Labranche. I was impressed with his determination to please us as a customer. Joey worked hard to take care of our wishes from the moment we met. Secondly Josh Decker jumped in to take care of some paperwork with our purchase. Finally, Marc Dicino took us through the finance portion. The finance process was streamlined, professional and easy to understand. As I mentioned, our experience here was a pleasure. I was particularly impressed with the way I saw all the employees we dealt with pitch in and work together for a common interest. We already had another car on order through Subaru Superstore and decided we might trade-in our Mercedes on an Outback. We needed to try the "fit" of the Outback, check out the inventory of new cars, Superstore and decided we might trade-in our Mercedes on an Outback. It was an outstanding experience and everyone at the dealership we dealt with (Sales Manager, Sales Associate, Business Manager, and Owner - whom we had met during the order of our first car) was friendly, helpful, fair, and knowledgeable. My wife and I could not recommend this dealer (and Dan Collinsworth as a Salesperson) more highly (obvious, I guess, as we've bought 2 new cars from him in just a few months). More
