My salesman Michael was excellent, polite, informative, but fed bad information. I was told that my loan interest rate would be under 6%. It ended up being 8.85% at signing without notification. Also, what I was promised would take 30 min took 2-1/2 hrs. Buying a car takes way too long. my first car lease took 4 hours. More

WORST DEALERSHIP to purchase a vehicle. I have never experienced such unprofessional or lack of care/service for their customer after a sale. Did not receive permanent plates on time, and I have never experienced such unprofessional or lack of care/service for their customer after a sale. Did not receive permanent plates on time, and when contacted no phone call returned. I had to drive their and wait an unlimited time to get another temp tag. The dealership in turned registered the vehicle incorrectly and have yet to correct it 5 months later and I am still waiting on a call back. Also do not get the in store insurance thru Allstate. They cancelled my policy without a phone call etc due to so say insufficient founds when it was discovered the submitted payment thru wrong account and the saga continues. Stay Tuned More

Outstanding Service and Value! My wife and I were in the market for a new F-150 Super Crew. I had several dealerships contact me for information about what we were looking for (In My wife and I were in the market for a new F-150 Super Crew. I had several dealerships contact me for information about what we were looking for (Including Chase Klusendorf and Jay Rosenthal). Within hours they found me a vehicle that matched my "want list" at a much better price than I had found anywhere else on the internet. We met with Chase and Jay, drove and bought, it was that easy! They not only had 1 vehicle, as it turned out they had several of them which gave us many choices. They were both very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and great to work with. My neighbor is interested in purchasing a new Ford so I will definitely recommend Chase, Jay and Planet Ford Humble to them as well as my co-workers and friends. More

Good experience buying new F150. My wife and I stopped in to see about trading my 2011 Toyota Tundra for an F150. Marco helped us choose one that had the options I wanted and in our p My wife and I stopped in to see about trading my 2011 Toyota Tundra for an F150. Marco helped us choose one that had the options I wanted and in our price range, a new 2018 F150 Supercrew Sport. After going back and forth a few times and me being adamant that I knew what I wanted for my trade and what I was willing to pay, a deal was made. Overall, we were there for about 3.5 hours, including talking the F150 for a test drive and going through financing. I've been through much worse. We were disappointed when we were ready to leave with the new truck and my wife noticed a large chip in the windshield that wasn't there during the test drive. I went back in to let Marco know and he made sure paperwork was completed to have a new windshield installed. Lyndi in customer service setup a service appointment to replace the windshield the following week and Jason in service took care of everything with no further incidents. They even gave a 2019 F150 as a loaner for the day. We've had a few painful experiences at other dealerships in the past but our experience at Planet Ford was a positive one. Thank you for working with us and we love the new F150! More
