HI there, my name is Mandy. I have grown up in and around Grande Prairie my whole life. I have worked in the automotive industry for almost 19 years. Started out as a Receptionist for a dealership, moved to Service Reception and then to Service Advisor. I am currently the Warranty Administrator and Internal Advisor for our Dealership. I have been with Grande Prairie Nissan for 5 years and love my job and my work family. I have met some pretty awesome customers here at Nissan and enjoy dealing with people on a day to day basis very much.

All questions were answered promptly. Chelsey was our sales rep, fantastic in one word!! Went thru our Murano purchase from start to finish. Paul the sales manager was as helpful, and M Chelsey was our sales rep, fantastic in one word!! Went thru our Murano purchase from start to finish. Paul the sales manager was as helpful, and Mike the finance manager who handled our sale was very knowledgeable and got us in our 2024 Murano effortlessly. At Grande Prairie Nissan Service department is EXCEPTIONAL, they have NEVER FAILED ME!! From washing my truck to rotating my tires and making sure EVERY filter is clean and changed. The Nissan Service Department continues to provide an excellent level of service. Another repeat performance…5 stars. 😊 The Service Team were through in their inspection and brought to my atten excellent level of service. Another repeat performance…5 stars. 😊 The Service Team were through in their inspection and brought to my attention “urgent” items. Thankfully, this prevented a scenario of further damage occurring to the vehicle and a more costly repair. Robbie took the time, walked me through the options and even gave an opportunity for discussion. Really appreciate his expertise and recommendations. I will continue to return to Nissan for vehicle servicing. They have earned my business. More
