Hello I am Malainne. I have worked for Herb Chambers since 1994. I started in the auto detailing department part time. In 1995 I was transferred to Cashier | Receptionist. The following year I was promoted to handle accounts payable where I stayed for 15 years. Recently I accepted a position as Service Advisor which I love. Melanie did a good job at the front desk . she was kind and helpful. I went in for an oil change in the tire rotation, but when I got my vehicle, the tires weren’t rotated, but I was charged. she was kind and helpful. She did apologize for the servicemen not rotate the tires except for two that were rotated she . The Serviceman did not Bring to her attention That the tires were Not fully rotated rotate the tires She did apologize for his actions and I told her it was not her fault but I was refund the 3995 besides she was very attentive at what she Does. She also Gave me the information of any other work I needed to do on my Vehicle. More
