These guys are the best! I called Xclusive and spoke to Max on the phone 5-7 times, 10-20 minutes each time regarding a new lease. I had no idea what I wanted so he gave me suggestions, tips, and info on the cars as well as the lease deals available. He was never pushy or tried to sell the same day or insulted my intelligence (all things that dealers and finance people at dealerships try to do). Most dealerships just try to scam you into buying something. I ended up getting the Honda Accord EX-L V6 w/Sensing and got a great deal! Most importantly is how I was treated- no lies, no manipulation, no pressure, no intimidation, no BS. It was a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience. Great customer service and great prices? You can't beat that. Will recommend to everyone and anyone. More
