Max answered the phone and spoke with me for a good 20 minutes, giving me insight on which car to pick and offering me various ballpark estimates on cars in my price range. He didnt pressure me into making a decision in that call, he simply told me to reach back when I decided on what car I wanted. I looked around for other offers but decided I'd give Max a call back to see if he could lower the quote. He did and it was a done deal. We agreed to the car on Saturday and I got it on Monday. Max made leasing a car fun and simple. The best part was that he knew his stuff and wasn't pushy. Much better than the 7-10 dealerships I visited prior. Couldn't be happier. More
