He went out of his way to accommodate the specific features I was looking for in a new auto, and to provide a positive purchasing experience by staying within my specifications, reassuring me that my purchase would satisfy the features I was looking for at a price I could afford, and by patiently providing time to explain all features with which I was unfamiliar or had no knowledge, upon arrival of the vehicle. Moreover, upon receipt, after carefully going over all the features of my vehicle, Ahmed went the distance as he gave his personal cell number to use should I have any questions in the future or forget any information conveyed. So far I am very pleased with my purchase. The car, a Hyundai Kona, provides a comfortable, quiet ride, has numerous helpful safety and security features, appears to be doing very well on gas efficiency during city driving, and is pleasing esthetically in appearance. Aside from him, that is the precise location that has everything that we as customers are searching for: exceptional customer service, a friendly environment, and, most importantly, a reasonable pricing. Initially, I looked at other dealerships in my neighborhood, and since I live in South Brooklyn, that was my search region, and my oh my, what a rip off those dealerships are! For the car I wanted, I got an almost $10,000 markup, and the reason for that was a ridiculous argument in the face of "vehicle shortage," which does exist, I don't dispute it, but not to overpay by more than $10,000 above the initial price. So I went to Koeppel Hyundai and met Ahmed, who is by far the best salesman I'd ever encountered, but there are a lot of good salesmen over there, right? So, what sets him apart from the others? Well, he's an honest, reasonable, and also reliable person, which is essential in this type of business. He helped me from the very beginning while getting the quote and all the way down during the wait for the vehicle and the day of the purchase, which was my first auto purchase ever, so every step was stressful and unknown, not only with the purchase itself but also with the auto insurance, which is a real pain in the xxx, but thanks to Ahmed, he helped me even with that and I really appreciate that.
