Clown show. She was late for the appointment. The car I was negotiating hadn’t been on the lot for the whole 2 weeks I was talking with her. She did not even kno She was late for the appointment. The car I was negotiating hadn’t been on the lot for the whole 2 weeks I was talking with her. She did not even know. The dealership loaned it out to a family. I waited at the dealership for an hour for her to bring it back to the dealership. It was dirty and had extra miles and wear and tear that they did not tell me. Salesperson did not negotiate on good terms. Threatened to change the price if I did not sign before the end of the month. I’m very disappointed with her for not knowing where the vehicle was and for contacting me frequently about setting up an appointment then she was late and didn’t have a clue what was going on. I had to drive 4 hours to pick up the vehicle. They refused to deliver it. I have bought numerous cars from Woodhouse across the street and they delivered them all. She really pissed me off for lack of professionalism and not knowing her job and not walking the lot Lying to me during negotiations. More

Corwin Toyota was great! We got introduce to Madison. I just got news from LaVista Toyota that the frame on my 2010 Tacoma was rusted through. I needed to sell my Truck with We got introduce to Madison. I just got news from LaVista Toyota that the frame on my 2010 Tacoma was rusted through. I needed to sell my Truck with plans of purchasing a new Tacoma. Corwin worked with me and purchased my 2010 Tacoma with only 95000 miles on it. A few days later I returned and met with Madison. She made us feel like part of the Corwin family. She showed me the 2024 Tacoma SR5 and I was sold! Madison was very patient with us and even turned on the Husker game for us while the paperwork was being processed. She kept us entertained while we waited. Once the paperwork was done, we met with Robert in financing. He helped us come to an affordable monthly payment by leasing to own. I drove my truck home that very same day. Boy, she looks pretty sitting in my driveway. Thank you Madison and Corwin Toyota for helping me achieve my goal of owning another great truck! More
