Unfortunately poor customer service and quality attention to repair my vehicle has been poor. Promised follow up has not happened either even after addressing my concerns with management. I am still waiting for the follow up as the new service manager seemed sincere. Maybe this is not the case? I hope unaddressed concerns with my vehicle will not leave me on the side of the road.
