Mabel and Justin were great but it sure took a long time to get the car ready. There were buyers who came into the dealership after me who were able to drive off well before me. Perhaps the dealership was to get the car ready. There were buyers who came into the dealership after me who were able to drive off well before me. Perhaps the dealership was short staffed. Also, I've purchased a lot of cars in my life. They were always delivered to me with a full tank of gas, that is until I took delivery of the xc90 from Silver Spring Volvo. And finally, there was no instruction. I was just handed the keys in a dark parking lot. And I've still got a lot of questions, particularly about the app. More

First-rate customer service from Volvo Cars Silver Spring! I was so fortunate to have worked with Mabel! She impressed me with her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and follow-through. Mabel answered all my questions and gave me an excellent overview of the XC40. I was able to make a deposit to hold one in my preferred color, and Mabel kept in touch regarding its status. Eric Monnig, Finance Manager, was also terrific during this process. Although I live nearly an hour away, it was well worth the trip, and I plan on bringing my car here for service. I'm thrilled with my new Volvo and would highly recommend this dealership!! More

The initial buying experience was good but overall customer service sucks no communication between the customer and sales personnel I had to drive out there twice the first time was to drop off my inf customer service sucks no communication between the customer and sales personnel I had to drive out there twice the first time was to drop off my information for my hard tags then I was told my hard tags would be mailed to me which they never was had to leave work early just so that I can come out there to pick up my tags yes at first Mabel was relatable but after the I signed the dotted line no communication between her and myself so she sucks too More

Mabel was an amazing sales person. She was very knowledgable and informative. She answered all of our questions. She was working with another customer when we came in but she made sur She was very knowledgable and informative. She answered all of our questions. She took the time to explain all the features of the cars and even gave us some insider secrets from her own experiencing owning a similar vehicle. I really appreciated the time she took with us.
