My buying experience at Al Hendrickson was going okay until I made it to the finance manager. He spent over one hour trying to get me into a full extended warranty and at the end ended up adding an addi until I made it to the finance manager. Before signing everything on his desktop, I asked if I could have a final printout of the invoice so I could see the breakdowns and he didn't do it.
