She was very personable and up front. When I picked up the truck she took her time and walked through all the features with me. She also shipped me my new plates so I did not have to drive all the way back to the dealership! Awesome overall buying experience. More

My sales person, Lynda Glassey, was very courteous, organized and really helped me in the decision process. I had three visits / meetings with Lynda leading up to my purchase. She was very patient, showed me several vehicles and even went so far as to line a couple up side by side to facilitate a decision. She worked with management to get me a good trade-in and some other accommodations; which resulted in my feeling like the purchase was a win-win for me and the dealership. I am confident in this dealership, they are easy to work with. I will bring my vehicles here for service moving forward. The experience went a long way to gaining my loyalty. More

Can’t say enough good things about Lynda. As soon as we walked in she took us in with open hands. We had a strict budget that we wanted to stay within and she did everything she could to put us where we wa walked in she took us in with open hands. Not only did she make the process extremely easy but she made it enjoyable, she’s very personable and extremely helpful in all ways. She also doesn’t sugar coat anything, she’s gives the information needed up straight which is an amazing quality especially because as the client you know the information that is necessary. If you plan on buying from imperial Ford I highly recommend Lynda she will not disappoint and we certainly will be going through her again when it comes time for a new Ford!! More
