My air conditioner stopped working in the 100° plus heat we’ve been having in Texas. My service advisor, Lyn Ford, informed me that the evaporator would have to be replaced – a very expensive repair. In response to my disappointment, Lynn reached out to Volvo and Crest Volvo management and informed me that the repair would be made at no charge to me. I’ve always been impressed with the exceptional service Lynn and the Crest Volvo team have provided to me as a customer, But providing me this repair at no charge was way above and beyond my expectations.
