Amazing as usual I've been coming for my car problem to Tynan's Nissan Aurora since August 2011. All I can cay is thanks a lot to my advisor Lucas Clearwater. Lucas is primary advisor, Sometimes i come and Lucas has day off, Brian Laatsch offers me his help. If I have a little difficult question which requires a manager level, Jason Simons is always have time to listen my problem and resolve it as soon as possible. I'm happy I have some people I can trust about my car issues. Last my visit was because battery of my car has died without noticing me. One day I was driving, the following morning, I couldn't start my car at all. I have a road side assistance from my insurance, they charged the battery, I came to Lukas, 30 minutes later I had a new battery. When I have even a small problem or any question I go to Luke, and Brian. I don't want to offend other advisors, I've never worked with them, I work with Luke, and Brian, and Jason, Every single time after visiting this Service department, I'm really appreciated to these people. I'm happy I have people at this service department who take care of my car. More

Subpar person to person customer service, etc. Ridiculously Over priced service first off. In addition they Said they took care of a recall item but the service light for that item is still on. They Had my car All day, literally, for a transmission flush. If I had added an oil change or one of the 10 other items on the recommended list, I’d be still without my car, I’m sure. After an 8 hour wait and I still had to wait once I got there to pick it up. They had me waiting for my vehicle still, even though they scheduled my pick up and then the guy, Luke blamed me for it...seriously. The only shiny star and friendliness experienced was with the shuttle driver. He was a joy and a gentleman. The tech that brought my car out parked it as I waved at him to allow me to get in and go. Ok, he parked it, no problem. I spoke as we passed, he did not speak back or acknowledge my presence. Wierd when he just got out of My car. He left the car running for me, Great, but after re-adjustinging my seats and the heat ( it was 9 degrees outside) I realized I couldn’t move the car. I looked and looked. He had taken the fab in with him. A mistake that’s easy to make, but instead of bringing it back to me, or the other guy Luke bringing it to me I had to walk back in, back to the back, where I found the fab with Luke. The tech had to have realized he had them, he dropped them off to Luke. As a Nissan tech he knows the car won’t drive without the fab. No acknowledgements, apologies, stay warms, thanks for your business, sorry about that. Subpar, over priced service that I would Not recommend. Very similar to my first and second experiences at this delearship. They need a quality culture revamp! More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE We just had the most amazing experience with service from Tynan's Nissan Aurora. Starting with our service consultant Luke who made us feel so comfort We just had the most amazing experience with service from Tynan's Nissan Aurora. Starting with our service consultant Luke who made us feel so comfortable, listen to our problems with our 2015 Juke and kept us informed the entire day. The radio is now fixed and working better then ever plus our turn signals had kind of got hazy and they where not covered by our extended service plan, but Luke and the team at Tynan's went to bat for us with Nissan and they agreed to help with that repair as well. We are a customer for life. More

Always Best In Class Service I now have 4 1/2 years experience with the Tynan's Nissan Service Department. This organization is 100% consistent when it comes to delivering a great I now have 4 1/2 years experience with the Tynan's Nissan Service Department. This organization is 100% consistent when it comes to delivering a great product for the service customer. I find myself repeating my reviews because Tynan's Nissan Service Department is always top notch each and every time I'm there for vehicle service. The phone call to Luke Clearwater is always easy and he understands what I'm trying to say about my Xterra. When I show up, Luke and his guys are completely prepared for my appointment. The check-in process is a breeze. I also notice that my vehicle is gone into a service bay less than 5 minutes after I start checking in with Luke. That is fast!! I'm amazed how accurate Luke is with his time estimate for my appointment. And I don't mean a 5 hour estimate for what I know is 2 hour job. So, I get a reasonable time estimate, and then the service department goes to work and nearly always beats the completion estimate. And by the way, they're not rushing the work to meet the time estimate. How do I know? I never have to return the Xterra because the job was rushed. These guys do the repair/service correctly the first time. And I need to mention that the entire Service Writer crew and staff in the Service Department are always courteous and genuinely friendly. They all do a lot to lessen the hassle of taking a vehicle in for service. I could visit another Nissan dealership much closer to my home, and save about 15 miles driving versus Tynan's Nissan. But I drive those extra miles because the Tynan's experience is just worth it. More

Poor service We paid for our tire to be repaired and they did only part of it. We took it back in but they refused to complete the repair of the tire. They also took our valve stem off our chrome rims and replace them with green cheap ones. More
