Worst service and extreme sell -up I have gone there several times and the people are rude and act like there doing me a favor not proving me with a service that it's paid for... I woul I have gone there several times and the people are rude and act like there doing me a favor not proving me with a service that it's paid for... I would understand if the service was free .... but every time I go I am asked for stuff I don't need and in true honesty is the reason why I will never buy a nissan again or even a VW for that matter.... I am talked down to and I am always treated like if I was stupid or slow... and the only reason I go there is because I have lease.... but I just recently found out any one can do my maintanece as long there ASE certified..... I don't even know if anyone will read this or Even try to do something about it... and if anyone does read this your probably thinking oh well and everything will stay the same... but remember with out customers the whole dealer will. Shut down More

They went above and beyond! Two days before I left on a business trip I bought a used 2018 Nissan Frontier. It only had 14K and was still under the factory warranty. My trip involved driving from central Missouri to Aurora, Colorado. Whilst in western Kansas my check engine light illuminated. I stopped and read the owners manual and while somewhere around Colby, Kansas I Googled "Nissan Dealer" and "Aurora." Tynan's came up and they had great reviews. I called them shortly before 5:00 pm and Luke just handled the details for me. He assured me I wasn't going to ruin the truck's engine if I completed my trip. Then, he set me up for an appointment very early the next morning. I was at the dealership for less than an hour and they fixed the issue. Here's what impressed me: I didn't buy my Frontier from them. I was just a stranger passing through town with a warranty issue. But, they handled my issue like I was a long-time customer. Car drop off I called to schedule a time for our car to get serviced. Adnan was on top of every question I had about what services we needed. He even told me that I called to schedule a time for our car to get serviced. Adnan was on top of every question I had about what services we needed. He even told me that he would inform Luke, who is our normal service associate about what we are needing to be serviced on our Pathfinder. When we showed up the service team was hard at work but at the same time had everything ready for us. The rental car paper work just needed our signature. There was a service tech ready to grab the keys and get the car back in the shop. 2 hours later we get a phone call with an update about the SUV. Surprisingly, the update had good news and advice on what we would also like to be done. Luke gave us assurance that everything was going good and will call when service is complete. Could not ask for more from a service team. Thank you! This is why we choose Tynans to complete services on our Pathfinder. 00 More

Had to fight tooth and nail to get the job done. I had a heater core replaced by this dealership in December of last year. I drove the vehicle to a funeral out of state the day after they finished wo I had a heater core replaced by this dealership in December of last year. I drove the vehicle to a funeral out of state the day after they finished working on it. A really loud noise that has never occurred would happen right in the area that they replaced the heater core. The noise would start and stop when I would turn on and off the heater blower. I called back the next morning while out of state telling them the issue. The service assistant manager Luke told me I had an older car and older cars will usually start to fall apart once something is fixed on them. He said both my starter and transmission were going bad and those could very well be the issue. I had both the starter replaced and transmission completely rebuilt prior to bringing it back in for them to look at so they could no longer blame the noise from their bad job on anything else. I told them the noise Wasn’t s co start thing but had several videos of the noise on my phone with time date stamps showing the issue. They told me they would t address an issue until they actually can see/hear it happening. My videos were apperently not enough for them. They blamed it on old air filters until I told them they replaced those as well when they did the job. They told me they would slightly crack into the dash to try to vacuum whatever could be in there out. They blamed it on a possible leaf. The next morning I called the service manager and told him I would not pick up the vehicle until they completely took the dash apart and fixed the issue. I had to send him all the videos I took and completely walk through my story with him once more. After demanding to him that the issue be fixed they finally took the dash apart and noticed that a oiece of mounting hardware was bent into the blower motor fan. The dash was half xxx assembled after putting it back together and wires weee left exposed. You should not have to demand service from a manager to get it. This place sucks! More
