Always a great experiance but this time it was a good while Service advisor Luis was great and would communicate quick. I just feel like Fedelity dragged their feet and it cost me a good bit on my rental. Jim e Service advisor Luis was great and would communicate quick. Friendly staff that is overbooked and overworked I have been taking my car to get serviced at Jim Ellis Chevrolet for almost 3 years now. I never had any serious issues, and the service staff members I have been taking my car to get serviced at Jim Ellis Chevrolet for almost 3 years now. I never had any serious issues, and the service staff members have all been very friendly and informative. That being said, recently they have become serverely overbooked, and the quality of service has naturally declined. This location used to have an express service to help handle the load by taking in routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes. However, that service station was recently closed to build a new Cadillac dealership. Understandably, the staff and technicians seem to not be able to keep up with the growing service demands. This has resulted in misinformation being given to customers and work being delayed and not completed by the estimated time. It’s a shame to see the decline of this dealership’s service department as it used to be the best in town. More

Not what I was hoping I send my 18 year old son to dealer last week for the Jim Ellis advertised $49.95 oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Also asked that they check I send my 18 year old son to dealer last week for the Jim Ellis advertised $49.95 oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Also asked that they check the passenger side headlamp and fix as it is not working correctly. What I got was a roughly $390 bill and no work done on headlamp. Yes the oil change and tire rotation was done and a new cabin filter. How does that add up to $390 vs $49 advertised. I could not see anything on invoice that would have been different from oil change advertised. I expected to pay a bit more to filter and labor. Maybe it was my own mistake for sending my 18 yr old. He was also told they could not work on headlamp cause it was after market. I did buy the truck from jim Ellis with 1200 miles on it. I don’t remember being told there was aftermarket headlamp in truck and as a result we can’t help you if needed down the road. I guess lesson learned by me and my son. It would be very difficult for either one of us to go back to Jim Ellis Chevy or any of their brands. Brian David More
