Disorganized, slow, overpriced.2 days and $500 for battery I have an extended warranty that apparently doesn't cover the $500 battery in my Slverado that I have owned for less than 4 months They had trouble fi I have an extended warranty that apparently doesn't cover the $500 battery in my Slverado that I have owned for less than 4 months They had trouble finding me in the system. Lost my appointment reservation due to "computer problems", and took two days and $200 in labor to change the battery. Hopefully the warranty will be good for something and hopefully I can use at a different service department. Very unhappy! More

I had a very serious issue I drove back from a stay from out of town and when I got home my car started to overheat. I made it for 2 days by adding water to the radiator but kn I drove back from a stay from out of town and when I got home my car started to overheat. I made it for 2 days by adding water to the radiator but knew I would have to get some service. I left my vehicle with Luis Valdez. I was very worried about what was wrong and how much of course. Not only did he fix the issue but made sure that the problem was covered under the factory warranty and it cost me "Not a Penny". The service was number one and the attitude to make sure to fix an issue PLUS make it cost-effective, couldn't ask for anything more. More

Feedback I had a 7:30AM service appointment. I stood in the service department line for about 15 minutes and there were four Jim Ellis Service reps and no cust I had a 7:30AM service appointment. I stood in the service department line for about 15 minutes and there were four Jim Ellis Service reps and no customer waiting or inline beside myself. The service reps did not acknowledge that I was even there waiting. I had to ask them after 15 minutes who can help me that I had an appointment and even then it was like pulling teeth. I have purchased four vehicles from the same salesperson at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Jim Ellis service department has new service reps faces and they probably don't like their job! I drive about 40 minutes for service. If they don't wan't to do their job then I will buy my next Chevrolet closer to my house in Smyrna, GA, Luis was very helpful after I was attended! More
