Horrible experience. Understaffed. Took 30+ minutes just to check in. Never coming back. Leasing next vehicle elsewhere. 2nd time service has been horrible. Monica was my writer and had an issue. L just to check in. Never coming back. Leasing next vehicle elsewhere. 2nd time service has been horrible. Monica was my writer and had an issue. Luis just wondered off to shoot the xxxx and did not offer to assist people waiting and did not even say hello to the customers waiting. He is in the wrong profession. More

Absolute nightmare Stacey Ellis & Chris Whiten should be ashamed with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour a Stacey Ellis & Chris Whiten should be ashamed with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour after I paid bill, kept vehicle for six days for 1 hour/half of labor when parts were in stock. Talked down to me on the phone 3 times. Absolute nightmare! Poor management, deceitful business practices. I will go out of my way to encourage others never to do business with Jim Ellis automotive group. Sales & service. More

customer service experience the center is great but our service advisor was not to professional she took all the info but there were no updates, left a few messages no response the center is great but our service advisor was not to professional she took all the info but there were no updates, left a few messages no response return, for example my husband call at around 9:15 am and there was no response until 6:00pm. we went to pick up the 2017 cruze and she was not there the paper work was misfiled and they had to search for it.
