I emailed about the Silverado that I saw on KBB hoping it would still be there. An I got an Email back from Luis Tor saying it was there an helped me set up dates to come see it awesome help. So I take a chance an drive two an half hours away to see Stingray Chevrolet Silverado that I saw an Ad for on KBB. An I will say, I was not disappointed. It was after hours an one salesmen( Fermin) took time out of his night to show me the truck even though it was after hours an I am grateful that he did. The other salesmen i dealt with was Josh who helped me purchase the vehicle an was patient while I was getting my insurance squared away. He took his time and explained everything that we were going through an was overall amazing help. Deb in finance was awesome an helped finish up all other paper work to get me in my Silverado 1500. overall experience was phenomenal. An I would definitely buy another Vehicle here. Paul Braun and the entire staff made my purchase very easy. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Saw what I wanted, and came back on Wednesday to bring the car home. Issues were resovled I took delivery of my 2019 Equinox on the 14th of March and returned it on March 15 for some custom stripes. Well, getting it striped turned into quite an issue that took almost a month to resolve. Now that sounds terrible but on the other hand everyone and everything possible to satisfied me was being done. The entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate and please me. I have to say, I was at times quite upset but at the end the Stingray team really did an excellent job with making things right for me. I definitely would recommend Stingray Chevrolet for purchasing your next vehicle. More

Low pressure with everything upfront I was looking at a couple of vehicles at the time and decided to contact Stingray Chevrolet as it appeared that they had a lot of quality pre-owned ve I was looking at a couple of vehicles at the time and decided to contact Stingray Chevrolet as it appeared that they had a lot of quality pre-owned vehicles for sale. I had a brief conversation on the phone to see if the numbers were worth the drive, as I was two to two and a half hours away. The numbers seemed reasonable and I proceeded to the dealership. After an initial misunderstanding, we were able to make a deal that seemed like the least painful vehicle transaction that I've ever had. From nailing down the numbers, to financing the vehicle , everything was upfront, no pressure, and didn't have any hidden surprises. Thank you very much for that Stingray Chevrolet.
