I did a significant amount of price shopping for a Highlander lease. I contacted 6 Dealers and was very clear how I conduct business. I am not going to spend an afternoon driving to a dealer only to f Highlander lease. I contacted 6 Dealers and was very clear how I conduct business. I am not going to spend an afternoon driving to a dealer only to find out that the lease costs promised verbally were actually $1500- $2000 more after 2 hours of torture getting rolled from one salesman to another. 5 of the 6 refused to give me a written price and insisted I come to their store to "work on a price" I spoke with Luis Mendoza from Hendrickson and told him what I needed. Luis is a straight shooting no nonsense honest gentleman. He gave me an OTD price in writing. To the penny, our final price was exactly as quoted by Luis. I brought in all necessary paperwork to conclude the deal for my wife to stop by later. I was in and out in 30 minutes. My wife drove our trade to Luis later in the day. She made the trade, signed all paperwork, plates were transferred new car was ready and she was out the door in about 40 minutes. NO UPSELLING, NO BAIT AND SWITCH. It was simply a quick painless deal. Thanks Luis and crew! More

Worst after sales support I drove 2 hours to this dealership as their prices seemed good. My experience started with 2 sales reps meeting me when I drove in fighting to get the business. Sales process itself was alright although their fees ($899+$499) seemed excessive. Once the sale was done they basically washed their hands off me. On my two hour drive back home after picking my my car I good a terrible scraping sound. When looking under the car, the plate protecting the engine had come loose and was dragging on the ground...car was barely driveable. Called the dealership and my sales rep and set them photos..they said there was nothing they could do and I had to bring the car back to their service station to get it fixed. I tried to call and speak to them several times that evening but I did not get a single call back. The next morning was the same, not 1 single call and people including managers avoiding my calls. Needless to say I never went back and went to the local Audi dealer to get my car fixed (that was a refreshing experience...absolutely fantastic). I took a low trade in value on my car as it was in a recent accident. It was agreed that my insurance adjuster would come in the next day or two to access damage. When he showed up my car was already on a transporter being sent to auction and could not be inspected. Needless to say that is a loss of $s to me. I left my ez-pass in my traded in car. The rep said he would mail it to me. Two weeks later I still haven't received it. I am sorry to say that this dealership is an embarrassment to the Toyota name. I never leave reviews and I thought it was needed in this case. More
