overall it was a good experience, some things were off. i wanted 72 mon fi they set it up for 75, a bit of pressure to buy the extended warranty which i wanted but kinda got pressured into service and tire p wanted 72 mon fi they set it up for 75, a bit of pressure to buy the extended warranty which i wanted but kinda got pressured into service and tire package then come to find out after i installed the leveling kit they would not do the alignment under my agreement i believe because i didn't want to pay them to install the kit which they wanted 700 for a 65 doiiar kit. i bought the ram rubber mats and only the rears so i had to go back down to get them.they did give them with no hassle. i bought the tow loops for the front andthe accessory sales man said the bolt were there but only 2 of them were which are actually the core support bolts. then i went to parts to buy the front tag bracket and she wanted to charge me $$63 for it when i called ahead to make sure it was in stock and they quoted me 27 and change so they were not happy to have to sell it to me for that. could have got it on amazon for 15... I did get my free oil change! though they were saying i didn't need it but i'm old school and believe in changing the oil after the first 500 miles. in closing they are a solid dealership that has been a tampa staple forever and for that reason i recommend them! More
