CJ is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. He made a horrible situation so much better and was very patient with me. I came looking at a car prices 16,500, the first offer they brought was just shy of 22,000. Holy smokes. $2800 reconditioning fee added, a $1200 doc fee added, and even a $129 fee for things they adde they brought was just shy of 22,000. Holy smokes. $2800 reconditioning fee added, a $1200 doc fee added, and even a $129 fee for things they added to the car while it was on the lot. Those are things that the dealership incurs as a business, they’re also included in the advertised price of the car. The 16,500 includes those. That’s actually something the Georgia consumer protection agency regulates. If they have 3,000 in dealer fees it’s either a 13,500 car listed at 16,500 OR it should be listed as a 19,500 car. This is as shady and xxxxxxx as it gets. Unless you’re experienced in car buying avoid these guys. Salesman was nice and friendly though. More

I was preapproved by Capitol One for not only my business but, also myself personally. I called the dealership to set up an appointment. I spoke with Wendy who scheduled me for a 5pm appointment. In speaking with Mr. Barral, I informed him that I was preapproved through my business and wanted to know what amount I approved for. He said, "That will be a little difficult". I then said, "Well if its to difficult for you don't worry about it". He then asked, "Do you want to buy a car"? I then felt pressured. Long story short, he never contacted me after he told me it will take several hours but, to stay by the phone. That was Thurs. at 6:30pm to day is Friday. I waited through the am on until after 2pm. That when I contacted Derek Felix (Sales Supervisor). He also, told me he would either call me or text me if he did or didn't receive any info. He never did. Several hours passed I contacted Kareem ( General Mngr.) waited for him to finish with person in his office. He also never called me back. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from this dealership! I will definitely pass this info to all of my clients. NEVER SHOP AT NISSAN OF NEWNAN!!! More

My experience with Nissan was awful!!!Customer service My experience with Nissan was awful!!! Customer service was my main issue, ONE of the receptionist (I think her name was Kathryn’s) was very rude, un My experience with Nissan was awful!!! Customer service was my main issue, ONE of the receptionist (I think her name was Kathryn’s) was very rude, unprofessional, and didn’t know how to maintain her body language. Management/finance personnel doesn’t return phone calls, my sales person was NOT honest and did NOT give me an ease of mind while my car STAYED in service. Communication at Nissan was my biggest issue, I have never dealt with anything like it. Those issues went on for a complete week until I put an END to things. More
