Hands down, Lucy as my service advisor has performed a miracle for me, and I will never work with another service advisor at BMW Sarasota. My AC evaporator quit on me on a Thursday and she had the car fix miracle for me, and I will never work with another service advisor at BMW Sarasota. My AC evaporator quit on me on a Thursday and she had the car fixed by Tuesday, while Hurricane Debby blew through our area, amazing!!!!! You guys better give her a raise or promotion or bonus, other than Fernando, I’ve never worked with someone so thoughtful or responsive. Your front desk service is lacking though, I checked in to pick up my car after repair, two girls who barely looked high school age took my name and said they would let Lucy know.
