We had a wonderful experience during the purchase of our new car. It’s been one week and we love it! Haven’t been to the gas station yet because of the awesome gas mileage. Beware this dealership, I bought a new truck from them and days after I left they called me several times saying that I had to sign a new contract. I asked them why and what was different and they wouldn' and days after I left they called me several times saying that I had to sign a new contract. I asked them why and what was different and they wouldn't tell me. They then threatened to take the truck back if I didn’t sign new paperwork. They sent someone to my house with paperwork that had a largely increased residual value and I obviously refused, to which they effectively said 'never mind'. I then emailed Nick Reuther the GM with my concerns and received no answer. More

Lu met all of my demands, and after doing a nationwide search for very specific criteria, I have no doubt that I got the best deal in the country for what I drove home. Lu was waiting for me when I arrived after a day and a half of driving, offering food, drink, facilities, etc. I didn't have to wait for anything. Everything was in order and ready to go. Literally 5 minutes, and I was driving away in my new purchase. It was the most pleasantly surprising car buying experience I could have imagined. I highly recommend Beaver Toyota (ask for Lu). Even if you are not in the area, Lu will take great care of you. Thanks for everything Lu! More
