Not only was the personnel at Elkins extremely helpful and never made you feel that you were being pressured, they took the time to understand exactly what you were looking for in a car and the amount you were willing to consider spending, to get into a new vehicle. After the test drive, the Equinox became the obvious car of choice and with the help of Lori Simpson and Bob Borman we were able to come to an easy decision. The car fit our every need at the price we wanted to consider. Thanks to both for all their help. But the man of the hour for my wife and I was Michael Fofana, who definitely earned the title of Certified Technical Expert.
