Yes when my wife came to pick up our vehicle Logan wasn't at his desk when my wife introduced herself and before she could tell the gentleman that Logan was our service writer he said oh Mrs Dryen Logan is y at his desk when my wife introduced herself and before she could tell the gentleman that Logan was our service writer he said oh Mrs Dryen Logan is your service writer let me get him now we never had them now by name who our service writer is but my wife was impressed we have had excellent experience for a first time customer you have made a great impression count on using your dealership from now on thanks Logan for great service and a great team More
