Got my oil checked a month ago. Discovered I had an oil leak after leaving my car for 2 days for a trip. I took it to the dealer then next day, my appointment was for 10:45. After t Discovered I had an oil leak after leaving my car for 2 days for a trip. I took it to the dealer then next day, my appointment was for 10:45. After two hours I check for a status update on my car, I am told that the maintenance folks went to lunch and they probably won’t look at my care for another hour. FOUR hours later, I was told that there was an incorrect seal on my filter from when they changed my oil and my car would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. It took over 4 hours to diagnose and fix a problem caused by this dealership when I had an appointment for this issue. Also not to mention my Jeep is brand new so this issue occurred during the first oil change. More
