I would recomend Mechants to anyone looking to buy a car! I went to Mechants in hooksett on 3/14/15 and my sales person was Lisa Petrucelli. She was very nice, friendly and answered all of my questions honest I went to Mechants in hooksett on 3/14/15 and my sales person was Lisa Petrucelli. She was very nice, friendly and answered all of my questions honestly and with a great attitude. I bought a 2013 Mazda 2 and her and Gordon Lewis got my APR from a 2.5% my bank gave me, down to 1.9%! They got my payments right to what I could afford, and didnt try to hassle me or push me to buy any extra warranties that I did not want. When I said no there was no pressure. I would definitely go there again and refer anyone else looking to buy a car to there! I am a very satisfied customer, thank you Lisa and Gordon for all your help! Sincerely, Jessica and Jason More

I am so pleased with my car purchase. From the moment I walked into this dealership and until i left I was treated very nice. I recently purchased an Audi A4 at Merchants Automotive Group. Lisa Petrucelli of Merchants Automotive Group of Hooksett provided knowledgeable, professional service, and courteous. Her hallmark is simple and low pressure. I immediately felt very comfortable with her. She dedicated 100% of her time and attention to me. The vehicle was set to go and I got a nice test drive. Lisa spent her time explaining the features of the car and how to get the most of each specific one. She helped me fully understand all the paperwork and went through each step of the car purchase. On top of the great service I received from Lisa, everyone else at the dealership is very professional, and I believe they have the best prices in the area. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT PEOPLE !!!! AFTER MY LAST EXPERIENCE WITH A DEALERSHIP. I VOWED TO NEVER GO BACK TO ONE BUT AFTER THIS. I WILL ONLY DEAL WITH MERCHANTS FOR NOW ON AND WOULD SEND AFTER MY LAST EXPERIENCE WITH A DEALERSHIP. I VOWED TO NEVER GO BACK TO ONE BUT AFTER THIS. They worked with us to find a vehicle that both met our needs and that we are able to afford, and financing with reasonable terms. Lisa took me to the service department and helped me make a service appointment for the first vehicle check-up. Altogether a great experience! More
