My salesperson Lisa Faucher was amazing,helpfull and informative, Tom was helpful in making the payments fit my budget,and what can I say about Drew...he was a great guy and made me feel at ease with the decisions I made with financing..I can't say enough,if they keep this up I'll have to buy another car from them..lol More

They were really good about selling me my new Murano. Two days after driving it, ran into issues, and no one would get back to me! I had to hound them! They gave me a loaner, a week later they couldn’t help days after driving it, ran into issues, and no one would get back to me! I had to hound them! They gave me a loaner, a week later they couldn’t help me. Said they were checking in with Nissan to see if they could fix the issue…. Been going on 3 weeks and haven’t heard a word about it. Their motto is, once sold, and you don’t have a warranty, your pretty much SOL… even tho I had issues 2 days after I bought the vehicle. I will be contacting BBB also! More
