Making good on what you say, this Dealer understands that. I ended up having a great car buying experience at Nimnicht Chevy. I found the car I wanted for a very decent price. It was actually the first car I had looked at and the last one because we came back and bought it. Looking back, I should have listened to me salesman when he said I should just get the car I was seeing here. After the sale I had an issue that I did not feel like was being addressed as I had been told it would be, however Lionel Lawrence the sales manager intervened, contacted me and after a short discussion, went over and above to make things correct for us. My wife arrived this morning to have the situation rectified and is currently looking at a car she might be interested in. If you have a problem with the process, they have the people who really do care and want to make you happy where they can. I hope we find our next vehicle at Nimnicht because it is nice dealing with people who understand the importance of being true to their word. If you are in the market for a vehicle, this is most likely the first and last place you will need. More
