I want to give a huge thank you to Shane for everything he did throughout my experience. He truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He helped me through my buyback process and made the transition he did throughout my experience. He truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He helped me through my buyback process and made the transition into my new vehicle as smooth and stress-free as possible. Shane was always available to answer questions, kept me updated, and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of. He genuinely cared about making things right and making sure I was happy every step of the way. Customer service like that is hard to find, and I greatly appreciate everything he did for me and my family. I had a good experience with the dealership. They offered me a fair trade on my vehicle and worked to improved my finance options with the bank of my choosing. I would recommend Luis as a sales representative and Mark is an excellent Manager. The process was a fairly quick experience for purchasing and trading a vehicle. I also appreciate their assistance with updating my insurance and Florida registration before I left . I would recommend shopping for a new or used vehicle with them. More
