Showing us all of the bells and whistles and letting us work at our own pace to make a decision she was wonderful. As a female purchasing a car sometimes it can be intimidating, but this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! She even came in on her day off as it was our delivery day to make sure everything went flawlessly! Rachel in finance was great to work with and The manager, Neil, came over and engaged with us. RBM Alpharetta has a customer for life! Highly recommend! More

During that time, everyone made an effort to get to know me, make me feel comfortable, and, simply, be friendly. But at all times, they did their jobs well and in a professional manor.
