Lex found me wandering the used car lot. I had found the car I wanted online and wanted to lay eyes on it. "Don't you worry, we'll find it," he said. He answered every question I had, showed me instant comparisons on his computer and found the car. I then watched as he drove it right to the door (just feet away from my sunny corner). As I sat comfortably in the RAV4 Lex explained all the features before the test drive. When I decided this was the one, the paperwork was a breeze. Even John the finance guy explained everything quickly and made my experience quite painless. I really didn't know car dealerships could be stressless, friendly and human. What a delight!
