Poor experience all around I had already chosen my car online and knew I needed a cosigner so it wasn't necessary for Leticia to "push the sale" like she did. I told her my dad I had already chosen my car online and knew I needed a cosigner so it wasn't necessary for Leticia to "push the sale" like she did. I told her my dad would be in to sign either that night or the next day yet she was still pushy and repeatedly kept asking me when he'd be there to sign I don't make my dad's schedule nor was I willing to keep calling him as she had asked. Later that day when I came in with my dad to sign, Shawn reintroduced himself and had no clue who I was even though I had met and spoke with him earlier that same day. Finally when it came time to do the paperwork with my dad, Peter B helped us and was absolutely wonderful! He was personable, patient and thorough with what he was doing. He didn't force unnecessary flattery like the two people I mentioned above and for the first time during the whole process I felt at peace with my decision. I had so many negative experiences at this dealership and Peter and my new vehicle were the only things that made it better. More

Review of Wilde East Towne Honda Leticia and Shawn both worked with me to purchase a certified pre-owned 2013 Civic Si. I told them my maximum monthly payment that I could afford and Leticia and Shawn both worked with me to purchase a certified pre-owned 2013 Civic Si. I told them my maximum monthly payment that I could afford and they worked to get the deal to go through. The woman who helped us with financing was also very helpful. I appreciated that the dealership allowed us to use our credit card for our down-payment in order for us to get points. I would recommend Wilde East Towne Honda and Leticia and Shawn to anyone who is in the market for a new or certified pre-owned Honda. They were fantastic. More

Smooth Transaction This was my first Honda purchase, but after a significant amount of research I was fairly certain I was going to go this route. Leticia had a solid knowledge of the features and benefits of both vehicles that I test drove. In some instances, I asked questions that I knew the answer to and her responses there gave me confidence in those where I truly needed her advice. Shawn provided a very candid assessment of my trade-in vehicle. I appreciated his matter-of-fact itemization of how he arrived at their offer. It helped me to frame my expectations and led to a reasonably quick agreement. Pete was a personable guy that drew up the final documents and was able to immediately squash any feelings of buyer's remorse by declaring that he drives the same vehicle. In short, buying a car can be stressful. I acknowledge that the negotiation process is not something most people, myself included, look forward to. It was nice to feel that the listed price of the pre-owned Pilot I was interested in was reasonable. Keep in mind, however, that there is always room to make a good deal for both sides. As far as car purchases go, I feel good about providing a 5-star review on this one. More

Bring your own financing and be ready to wait I would like to start by saying the salesperson we worked with, Leticia, was very nice and took good care of us. We had agreed on a price ahead of tim I would like to start by saying the salesperson we worked with, Leticia, was very nice and took good care of us. We had agreed on a price ahead of time and she honored it. The car was ready when we arrived. We arrived around 7PM and were able to meet with Leticia immediately. She sat us down, we started talking about numbers and signed some preliminary forms including the financing application. At this point, I was pleased because things seemed to be progressing quickly. Then we sat for a while. We watched Leticia begin to help another customer while we sat there. Finally, she sends the other customer out on a test drive and comes back to us. We get to go look at the car and have some time to check it out. Since we had already been on test drives, we figured we were almost done. This is where things go downhill. We go back to Leticia's desk and sit for a while again. Then I was asked if I would have a cosigner on my loan. I said I don't think I need one. Then someone comes back and says nevermind, it's okay. Then we sit for a while again. At this point we have been at the dealer for over an hour. We watch Leticia work with the customer that had gone on a test drive for another half an hour. Then we get to talk to Steve, the finance guy. Steve goes on to try to talk us into all the protections and warranties, as he is supposed to. He also talks about how since I am his last customer he can help be out and he can get me the best deal, all while not actually talking about prices. The only one I was interested in was the maintenance package. He keeps saying derogatory things such as "This only adds $10 a month to your payment, surely you can do that" and "You really can't afford another $10 per month" and other very presumptuous comments. I was just trying to do the math and make an informed decision and he just kept running his mouth about how I should have piece of mind and get this or that. He also tried talking me into a much longer loan term than I actually wanted, even though Leticia and I had already agreed on a term. Finally I agree to take the maintenance package and be done, a move I am regretting. I should have just taken the car and added the maintenance package later using Honda's no interest financing option. After all of that it was well past 9PM by the time we left. That is over 2 hours to buy a car when we had already negotiated price and the car was ready for us. If I could do it all again, I would have showed up with my own financing so I could just hand over a check and be done with it. I may consider buying a car from East Towne again, but I will never use their financing department again because we were treated like xxxx and talked down to the entire time. More
