The overall date of purchase went well. We were pleased with our interaction with Leo. However, the reason I am not able to provide a 5 star review is that our brand new car was sent to t We were pleased with our interaction with Leo. However, the reason I am not able to provide a 5 star review is that our brand new car was sent to the detail shop, while we completed the purchase. Prior to being sent to detail, the car had factory-sealed, brand new all weather floor liners in the trunk, which we were charged $190 for on our bill of sale. These floor liners were removed while in detail and were missing when the vehicle was presented to us. We contacted the dealership and were initially told that floor liners would be mailed to us. The replacements arrived and were clearly used. They were not factory-sealed and have visible scuffs, stains and defects. We feel like we are getting the runaround to correct this situation. We were told to go to our local Lexus dealership and purchase new ones and pay to mail back the old ones and we would be reimbursed. However, after visiting multiple local dealerships, we have been advised that these floor liners are on a 2-3 month back order. My husband and I have called and sent several email correspondences and have now opened a case because we still do not have resolution to this matter. More

Very long process to buy a used car, 3 weeks of negotiation. Dealer would not sell me the vehicle for the price i was willing to pay until the end of the month, although i was being stubborn as wel negotiation. The biggest issue I have is that I discovered soon after driving the vehicle for a few days, there has a mechanical issue and the dealer is not interested on trying to make it right. I guess it's on me, but I figured with the lexus advantage stuff that the dealership would have checked the vehicle a little better for mechanical issues. Very disappointed in dealership response and would not reccomend this dealership More
