I felt positive about the professional attention I received. The ONLY problem was the leftover bottle of oil was put on the front passenger seat. If there had bit of oil on the outside, that would have gotten on the fabric and leather on the seat! Please make sure techs know to put leftover bottles of oil in something and on the FLOOR, esp since I have floor mats. More
