I, like many others, had horrible experiences at 417 Nissan/Infinity in the past. This past week, the hood of the car wouldn't open as we were preparing for a weekend get-away. We were nervous about going to the 417 service dept because of our past experiences. Luckily, we went anyway. The service and support were beyond our expectations. We walked in with no appointment and they took us anyway. The car needed a part that they didn't have, so they gave us a vehicle to use. We didn't have one booked, but they made it happen, so our weekend away could still happen. Thank you Jenna and Lee for your kindness. We met the new Manager, who was extremely positive and kind. This was a totally different experience for me- give 417 Nissan/infinity another try. It is different!
