I was a little upset to find out that I was only covered for three oil changes in my extended warranty and it wasn't explained to me ahead of time that I would be responsible for paying this oil change befo for three oil changes in my extended warranty and it wasn't explained to me ahead of time that I would be responsible for paying this oil change before I brought it in. Salesmen Lee Bodette was extremely helpful and accommodating. I notified him the day prior about what I was looking for and he immediately went to work. My dealings were pretty much over the phone for a long distance purchase of a 4runner. First phone contact was Kathleen and she kinda sealed the deal as she was all about getting my answers and super plea distance purchase of a 4runner.
