Taking delivery was quick and efficient once all of the documents were in order. Fletcher was a pleasure to deal with during the sales process. When we first reached out about plug-in hybrids, we dealt with an internet consultant and a sales rep in St Albans. We finally decided which car to pursue and worked with Fletcher from there, but the other people continued to contact us as well. It was a little overwhelming to have three people contacting us, so there may be room for improvement in the CRM system to prevent that from happening. More
