I’ve purchased 4 cars for family members and have been a customer for over 15 years. Unfortunately in this most recent visit, after my car unexpectedly died, we looked into purchasing another Pilot. We felt pressured to make a quick decision, take on a lease which we had never done, and sign before we were ready. We needed a few days to work out the financing, but the sales manager reneged on the car we put a deposit on. The dealership took themselves off the table. In the end, we decided to buy a new Kia Telluride outright. Looking forward to its arrival. More
